Terms of Use
1. Acceptance
By downloading or using Bracket 26 (the "App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. What the App is
Bracket 26 is an entertainment app for predicting the knockout bracket of the 2026 international soccer tournament. Predictions are for fun only: the App involves no real-money gambling, betting, prizes, or rewards. The App is an independent product of Irakai Studio SL and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by FIFA, any national federation, team, or tournament organizer. No official marks, logos, or assets are used.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control, subject to the rules of the Apple App Store or Google Play, where applicable.
4. One-time purchase ("Pass 2026")
The App offers a single optional one-time purchase that unlocks the full knockout bracket and a clean share image. It is a non-consumable unlock: one payment, no subscription, and no recurring charges. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms; refunds are handled exclusively through Apple App Store or Google Play according to their policies. You can restore your purchase on any device signed in to the same store account using "Restore purchases".
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the App, including attempting to circumvent the purchase unlock, reverse-engineer the App except where permitted by law, or use the App in violation of applicable laws.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Match schedules and tournament data bundled with the App are provided for convenience and may contain errors or become outdated; we do not guarantee their accuracy.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Irakai Studio SL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer-protection rules.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its design, and its content are the property of Irakai Studio SL and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
9. Changes
We may update these terms; the effective date above will change accordingly. Continued use of the App after an update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Consumers retain any rights granted by the mandatory laws of their country of residence.

Términos de uso
1. Aceptación
Al descargar o usar Bracket 26 (la «App»), aceptas estos Términos de uso. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses la App.
2. Qué es la App
Bracket 26 es una app de entretenimiento para predecir el cuadro de eliminatorias del torneo internacional de fútbol de 2026. Las predicciones son solo por diversión: la App no incluye apuestas, juego con dinero real, premios ni recompensas. La App es un producto independiente de Irakai Studio SL y no está afiliada, avalada ni patrocinada por la FIFA, ninguna federación nacional, equipo ni organizador del torneo. No se utilizan marcas, logotipos ni recursos oficiales.
3. Licencia
Te concedemos una licencia personal, no exclusiva, intransferible y revocable para usar la App con fines personales y no comerciales en dispositivos de tu propiedad o bajo tu control, con sujeción a las normas del App Store de Apple o de Google Play, según corresponda.
4. Compra única («Pass 2026»)
La App ofrece una única compra opcional de pago único que desbloquea el cuadro completo de eliminatorias y una imagen para compartir sin marca de agua. Es un desbloqueo no consumible: un solo pago, sin suscripción y sin cargos recurrentes. Las compras las procesan Apple o Google bajo sus propios términos; los reembolsos se gestionan exclusivamente a través del App Store de Apple o de Google Play conforme a sus políticas. Puedes restaurar tu compra en cualquier dispositivo con la misma cuenta de la tienda mediante «Restaurar compras».
5. Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a no hacer un uso indebido de la App, incluido intentar eludir el desbloqueo de compra, realizar ingeniería inversa salvo en los casos permitidos por la ley, o usar la App infringiendo la legislación aplicable.
6. Exclusión de garantías
La App se proporciona «tal cual» y «según disponibilidad», sin garantías de ningún tipo, expresas o implícitas. Los calendarios de partidos y datos del torneo incluidos en la App se ofrecen por comodidad y pueden contener errores o quedar desactualizados; no garantizamos su exactitud.
7. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la máxima medida permitida por la ley, Irakai Studio SL no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales, especiales o consecuentes derivados del uso de la App. Nada en estos términos limita la responsabilidad que no pueda limitarse conforme a la legislación aplicable, incluidas las normas imperativas de protección de los consumidores.
8. Propiedad intelectual
La App, su diseño y su contenido son propiedad de Irakai Studio SL y están protegidos por la legislación de propiedad intelectual aplicable.
9. Cambios
Podremos actualizar estos términos; la fecha de entrada en vigor indicada arriba cambiará en consecuencia. El uso continuado de la App tras una actualización supone la aceptación de los nuevos términos.
10. Ley aplicable
Estos términos se rigen por la legislación española. Los consumidores conservan los derechos que les otorguen las normas imperativas de su país de residencia.
